1. Who will be playing with me, or on my account?

Every player on our boosting roster for Overwatch is in the Top 500 of either the Americas or Europe servers. We don’t have many Asia server boosters, but the few that we have are also in the Top 500.

2. Do you guys play duo with us or play on our accounts?

We provide both services, if you would like to play with a duo partner, you can purchase our duo games service from this page. We will get a professional duo partner to play with you for the number of games you purchase.

3. What kind of win rate guarantee or refund policy do you have?

We currently have a 70% win rate guarantee for all placement orders if your previous season rank was either Unranked, Bronze, Silver, or Gold (full refund if we fail to achieve this). As for refunds, Boostards will refund any order that we fail to complete. This is ironclad, and you can read more about it in our terms of service.

4. How long will my boost take?

For an SR boost, we can complete anything from within 400-1000 SR in a single day. Placement games can be finished in 3-5 hours. As for duo, it depends on your availability and how long you’re able to play each day.

5. After I have made a purchase, what’s going to happen?

You will gain access to our member’s area where you can monitor and make changes to any of your boosting orders. Click here to take a look at our demo to get a better idea of what to expect.

6. Can I choose what heroes I want you guys to play during my boost?

Yes, you can. We have a very extensive customer area where you can control almost every aspect of your boosting order. You can pause/resume your order, choose heroes for us to play, leave notes for us, talk to your booster, and ban/select specific boosters working on your orders.

7. What if I don’t like my booster?

You can choose to “ban” him from your current and future orders, and we’ll keep going until we find someone you like. Additionally, you can assign boosters that you like to each of your future orders using this feature.

8. Will my account get banned?

At the present moment, none of our customers have gotten banned. Our boosters are legitimate players who are in the Top 500 ladder. If you’d like to be extra cautious, you can purchase our duo boosting service, where you’re simply hiring one of our pro boosters to act as a duo partner for you.

9. Will the booster spend my CP, coins, or buy loot boxes on my account?

Absolutely not. They are well trained and are strictly instructed to never do anything on your account without your permission (except playing and winning games).

10. Can I spectate the games being played on my account?

Unfortunately, Blizzard has not launched a spectate feature on the Overwatch client yet, but there is confirmation that this is currently in the works and we can expect it to come very soon.

11. Do you guys boost to Top 500?

Yes, we do. Just take a look at the rankings ladder when you are about to buy, and purchase for the SR that gets you in the Top 500. We currently only boost up till 4400, so if the cut-off for Top 500 is after 4400, we won’t be able to do it.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Paypal, or with your credit/debit card through Paypal without creating an account.
